JUDr. Jan Langmeier, MBA
Lawyer and insolvency administrator
He graduated in 2009 from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In 2012, he passed the bar exams and continued to engage in general practice. In 2015, he became an insolvency administrator and in the years 2018 – 2023 he worked as an insolvency administrator with a special permit. He is a member of the international organization INSOL Europe, a European organization bringing together professionals in the field of bankruptcy, insolvency and recovery of companies. In addition to insolvency law, he mainly deals with the contentious agenda. It is also entered in the list of liquidators and receivers maintained by the Czech National Bank. He is also registered on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic. He also works as a member of the Dissolution Commission of the Minister of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Since 2020, he has been working as a resident European lawyer in Slovakia.
