Price list of services
We provide legal services mainly on an hourly basis. The fee for legal services is always negotiated individually according to the complexity and time complexity of the problem being solved*. The length of the legal service provided is a minimum of 15 minutes.
In the case of a larger volume of work, or for social reasons for example, a discount of up to 25% of the basic hourly rate can be negotiated.
If legal services are provided out of office hours or if express processing is required, a surcharge of up to 100% of the basic hourly rate may be charged.
In the case of personal attendance by a partner of the firm, a surcharge of 25% may be added to the basic hourly rate for legal services.
In addition to the hourly rate, legal fees may be agreed on an ad hoc basis in the form of a flat fee for a certain number of acts, or in debt recovery cases, a combination of a flat fee and a success fee, or a flat fee and reimbursement of costs awarded by the court. The specific fee proposal is always made taking into account the scope of the services provided, the time required and the possible risks of the case.

Explanatory notes
* pursuant to a contract for the provision of legal services concluded in writing or orally, in accordance with Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on advocacy, as amended. The legal relationship between the law firm and the client is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Business.
**The price does not include out-of-pocket expenses (court, administrative and notary fees, travel expenses, costs of experts, interpreters, postage, etc.) Unless otherwise agreed, the lump-sum reimbursement of expenses for domestic postage, local call charges and transport costs is CZK 300, excluding VAT, per one act of legal service, pursuant to Section 13(3) of the Advocates' Tariff.

The prices for the legal services provided are regulated according to the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on lawyers' fees and attorneys' fees for the provision of legal services (lawyer's tariff).
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
On 5 February 2016, the Czech Bar Association was authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to resolve out-of-court consumer disputes in the area of disputes between attorneys and consumers arising from contracts for the provision of legal services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
