JUDr. Jan Langmeier, MBA
Attorney-at-law and insolvency administrator with special authorisation
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2009. In 2012 he passed the bar exam and continued his general practice. In 2015 he became an insolvency administrator and in 2018 – 2023 he worked as an insolvency administrator with a special permit. He is a member of INSOL Europe, a European organisation of professionals in the field of insolvency, insolvency and corporate recovery. In addition to insolvency law, he mainly deals with litigation. He is also registered in the list of liquidators and receivers maintained by the Czech National Bank. He is also on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Chamber of Agriculture. He is also a member of the Disputes Committee of the Minister of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Since 2020, he has been working as an established European lawyer in Slovakia.
