- We offer the drafting of all purchase contracts including security documents. We will prepare the contractual documentation for you within 3 working days of ordering and sending the documents. Further modifications and changes will be made promptly, within 2 working days at the latest. All communication is done electronically.
- Verification of signatures and documents at the registered office of the law firm.
- Preparation of the application for entry into the Land Registry, representation throughout the proceedings.
- Arranging custody of funds and documents.
- We also offer representation of individuals in the sale of real estate.
For collaborating real estate agencies, we offer more favorable prices for
legal services, both in the form of a flat fee and a more advantageous package.
Included in the package are the drafting of the purchase contract, escrow of
financial means (up to a specified amount), the initial adjustment of
contractual documentation in a standard scope, the proposal for the registration
of ownership rights in the real estate cadastre, verification of signatures at
the law firm's office, and a flat rate for missed time. The price is CZK
8,500 excluding VAT for escrow amounts up to CZK 5 million inclusive,
otherwise + 0.2% of the amount exceeding CZK 5 million up to CZK 10 million
inclusive, above CZK 10 million by agreement.
